At Impact Design Solutions, we beleve that team work is one of the keys to success in both business and play.

Each year IDS has sponsored various team sports and this year is no exception. We have sponsored the Dulles Little League AAA Division Team - ASTROS. The coaching is fantastic. Coach Dave is working with the players and providing the leadership and guidance that will improve their individual focus and team work. He has provided his time to improve hitting and in-feild play, which is a major element of Little League play.

Early on in pre-season, the ASTROS were able to work on fundamentals at Diamonds Sports Center, an in-door Baseball Center in Sterling. They were able to work on hitting, short throws, and short in-field plays.

The sportsmanship and team work of the ASTROS is great and the players are always having fun.... Thanks to Coach Dave.

Each Year we have sponsored teams and we support them win or lose because it is all about the team work that the kids learn that will stay with them their entire life. However, winning is fun too, and in 2003 the ASTROS went all of the way and won the play offs.

Each kid did their part to bring home the win and make the plays to enable top placement in the
Dulles Little League AA division. The final score was Astros 12 and Cardinals 6. Great Job....just look at the smiles on each of their faces, it makes it all work while.....
